Hard Top Paving was awarded the contract for Port Dover Lakeshore Bluff condominiums and I just wanted to say what a wonderful job they did in this very large project.

Hard Top Paving was extremely professional from the start of this project until the very last step. As the President of the Condo Board, I had to ensure the expectations of all owners were met with the work on this project, and Hard Top did not fail.

Dave and his team gave us concrete timeframes and were always on time for each step of this complicated project. Grades of the lot were handles, sewers and man holes were addressed, and even our speed bumps were all completed to the highest of standards.

Hard Top explained all the processes along the way and made our choice (as a Board) very simple to select them for this project. We had several other companies quote us for this job and Hard Top was by far the most complete and honest. There are many “fly by night” companies out there, and Hard Top Paving is not one of these companies.

I recommend any large residential or commercial company looking to get some driveway work done, to come out to Port Dover and look at this wonderful parking lot project they did.

We have had a relationship with Hard Top Paving for the last 10 years. Approximately 6-7 years ago we had a 5 acre property paved with based coat and top coat. It was done with excellent quality and workmanship and after 5 years it still shows the quality of the workmanship.
